GPT Precision supports the manufacture of custom metal and plastic components, from rapid prototypes to small- and medium-volume production.
Founded in 2006, GPT Precision is headquartered in Shenzhen and operates a 4,000-square-meter factory in Dongguan, China. We bring manufacturing capabilities and project coordination together to help customers define a practical path from requirements to finished parts.

GPT Precision supports precision machining, custom component manufacturing and tooling-related projects. Our approach is to consider these requirements together rather than treat every manufacturing step as a separate decision.
We coordinate manufacturing, finishing, inspection and delivery requirements through a consistent point of contact. Where specialist partner capabilities are needed, their involvement is considered as part of the project scope.
The goal is a clear manufacturing plan built around the current drawing, the intended application and the requirements agreed with the customer.

Understand the Requirements
We begin with the current drawing or CAD model, material specification, quantity and intended application.
Critical dimensions, surface finishes, delivery expectations and other project priorities help establish what needs particular attention.
Coordinate the Manufacturing Scope
We review the processes, finishing operations and inspection activities the component may require.
Manufacturing constraints, specialist processes and unresolved technical questions are identified for discussion before the scope is confirmed.
Define Inspection and Acceptance
Critical features, inspection methods and required documentation are reviewed against the drawing and agreed project requirements.
These decisions help establish the quality expectations to be followed during manufacturing and before delivery.

Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system supports a consistent approach to quality control, production requirements and continuous improvement.
Inspection methods, reporting and supporting documentation are defined according to the requirements of each project.
Our focus is on identifying critical requirements early and maintaining clear expectations throughout manufacturing and inspection.
Quality management includes three stages:
Incoming Inspection
Review incoming materials and supplied items against applicable requirements.
In-Process Inspection
Check identified dimensions and manufacturing requirements during production.
Final Inspection
Inspect finished components against agreed acceptance criteria before shipment.
